Order Confirmation

Upon placement of your order you will receive an auto e-mail confirming your order. This acknowledges we have received your order and will and pre-authorized your credit card for your purchase.  

We will also send you a separate email to let you know the current expected dispatch date

Tracking information will be sent to your nominated email address within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.
 

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your parcel when the order arrives, if you suspect any damage, please note it on the paper when you sign for delivery.

If your shipment does arrive damaged please email photos to info@mailboxbigbox.com we will lodge and process an insurance claim and organize a replacement.

 

 

Cancelations and Refunds

We don't believe in restocking fees and unlike many other online mailboxes stores, Mailbox Big Box will never charge you restocking fees for a returned or canceled order.

While we offer free shipping on all our products, for all returns other than incorrect orders or damaged/faulty product. You will be responsible for both return shipping charges along with the original shipping costs associated with delivery. Charges will be deducted off the refunded amount
Personalized items/custom orders like address plaques or customized mailboxes are not returnable unless damaged and cannot be cancelled once processed.
For security purposes - refunds can only be issued to the original credit card or PayPal account hat you use when placing your order.
